One telephone number, one counter, in the basement of 2520 Batchelder Street.

Repairs, carrying charges, shareholder paperwork, keys and building access all go through the on-site office, which is run for the co-op by Metro Management Development, Inc. The office does not publish an email address and does not publish set hours, so telephoning first is worth the minute it takes. What the office can help with

The on-site staff handle the day-to-day running of the four buildings: repairs and maintenance requests, heat and hot water, keys and building access, carrying charge statements, and the shareholder paperwork that goes with a Mitchell-Lama cooperative. Questions that need a decision by the Board of Directors are passed on by the office.

Kings Bay Houses Section II is a separate cooperative with its own board and its own management office. Residents of Section II should contact that office rather than this one.

Nothing on this page is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy an interest in the cooperative, and this site does not discuss availability, carrying charge amounts or the purchase of shares.

Repairs and maintenance: Reported to the office by telephone.
Carrying charges: Statements and payment questions are handled by the managing agent through the office.
Shareholder paperwork: Held at the office at 2520 Batchelder Street.
Section II: A separate cooperative with its own board and its own management office. Its residents should contact that office, not this one.
