All four buildings went up together and share the same post-war construction: brick, eight stories, elevator service throughout, and one management office, in the basement of 2520 Batchelder Street, serving the whole property. Three of the buildings line Batchelder Street and the fourth fronts Avenue Z, next to the shopping and bus routes along that corridor.

The four buildings were built to one specification and are operated as a single property by the on-site staff and the managing agent. The entries beside this describe the buildings as they stand and how they are run day to day.

This is a description of the property, not a schedule of services and not a guarantee. Nothing here forms part of a proprietary lease or any term of occupancy. Questions about a particular building or apartment go to the management office.

Elevator service: Each of the four buildings is served by elevators across its eight stories.
On-site laundry: Laundry facilities are provided on site for residents.
On-site management and maintenance: The management office and the maintenance staff work from 2520 Batchelder Street, Basement.
Smoke detectors and fire safety: The buildings are fitted with smoke detectors and with the fire safety equipment required of them.
